Who is eligible for SmartPay?

SmartPay is available for residential customers who are in good credit standing, with no past due balance.

Can I roll a current balance into SmartPay?

Yes! If you’ve recently received a delivery we can roll your current balance right into your SmartPay plan. We will spread that cost over the next 12 months.

Does my SmartPay monthly payment ever change?

Your monthly payment is reviewed annually and may adjust up or down depending on fuel usage. We will communicate with you before any changes are made.

What happens to the $$ on my account.

Any credit that builds on your account is only used to pay for charges against the account. You even earn a 2% annualized rebate on any credit you have at the end of each month.

Can I use Auto-Pay with SmartPay
